I would just like to begin with thanking all at Al Khalid Tours for putting your sincere efforts into making this hajj journey the most memorable and pleasant experience.
There has been a drastic improvement in all services provided in both Makkah and Madinah,including Mina, Muzdalifah and Arafah. We travelled with Al Khalid Tours in 2002 and Alhamdulillah it is evident that you are continuously striving to improve your services and are successfully doing so. We saw many changes, especially in the 5 days of hajj and felt privelidged to be part of such a well organised group where there was always a friendly atmosphere. You took on all the responsibilities of taking the best care of us and ensuring our well being.

Asalaamu-alaykum to all our friends
Firstly we hope everybody is in good health and are re-adjusting to this non-real worldly life comfortably. We would both like to take this opportunity to thank Bashir Bhai for his tireless efforts and incredible hospitality; always cheering us up and also making us howl with laughter when we felt down; telling us brilliant Islamic stories to keep us feeling spiritually charged up; and sharing his incredible knowledge of Makkah Shareef and Madinah Shareef with us, which seldom tour operators know, let alone share!
Bashir Bhai you gave us your word on what could be expected from you and your staff during our Hajj, not only did you just keep to your word, but you far exceeded all our expectations. I keep telling my family members and guests at home that they have to go on the tour to experience the hospitality. As our friends Shabbir & Farzana from Preston have already mentioned, our Hajj was so comfortable that we actually decided to walk it to Muzdalifah and Mina so we could feel some hardship (or at least Shabs convinced me, for my sins!!!).
Bashir Bhai your tour is the best, the hotels were more than adequate for our European standards, very comfortable. The food was simply excellent, with 6+ dishes every mealtime giving us a huge choice as well as flawless quality. The laundry service was simply brilliant, a very fast and efficient service with no hiccups.
To be totally honest I could write all day about how good it was, there is so much to say e.g. the ziarats to the other holy places in both holy cities, Especially Mount Uhud, I have not heard of other tour operators devoting so much time and effort to their group; even when we got thrown out of Mount Uhud, others would have said “lets go home” you did not; You waited, advised us on what to do, and eventually got us in, We will never forget those things…Thank you.
Additionally we would also like to thank Hanifa Bhen for always having the time for both of us and giving us the correct advice when we were unsure of what to do. You were a huge help to us, thank-you so very much.
To Nizam Bhai, my friend you are truly an inspiration, we have spoken on much yet I feel we have hardly communicated. I hope we can stay in touch and discuss to a greater depth, Sufism and other related issues for which we both share a lot of love. Your skill, devotion and love in Naat Shareefs is truly brilliant and very enlightening. I look forward to communicating with you regularly and please keep the “Thoughts for the day” coming, I think they are very educational. Thank you for everything…including keeping bad tempered old men off my back!
To Usman, what can I say…like father like son! Thank you dear friend for all that you did for us during our Hajj. You were a great source of relief and comfort you always made us smile, even during very stressful periods e.g. stoning the Jamaraats. You continually helped even when your own health was getting the better off you. You are a great laugh and we appreciate all that you did for us…Thankyou.
To all the other staff, Babu Bhai, Salim Bhai, and all the cooks, cleaners etc we thank you dearly for your tireless efforts. You were all brilliant and very patient with us, thank you again.
A final thanks to all our old and many new friends on the tour, you know who you are guys! Keep in touch and see you all on the 11th of Feb.

Salaams all,
 We would like to thank you for the superb service you provided, right from the start of our journey from Manchester to the end of haj.
We found that during our Haj, all of the hotel staff, catering staff and specially the members of you family; Usman Bhai, Nizam Bhai were very helpful, courtious and patient as they had to deal with people from all walks of life.
Accomodation, both in Makkah and Madina was very near to Haram, very clean with all the facilities acceptable to a high european standard. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was provided everyday on time with good choices as the midday and evening meals were 6 course + catered fro all tastes. In addition the evening meals were supllimented with extras such as chicken and chips bhelpuri, pani puri etc...
People also enjoyed the popcorn, icecream and tea/coffee in the reception area.
Ziarat in Madina was accompanied by a very knowledgeable person and we all enjoyed his commentry.
We enjoyed our stay in Mina, Arafat and Muzdalifa, again an extremelly good service was provided!
Finally all the female members of the group must have appreciated the service of Unlimited Amount of Laundry Cleaning you provided!!
We have performed Haj with many other groups, but this group was the best, as there was no hassel and no worries because everything was taken care of.

Firstly, many thanks goes out to Bashir Uncle, Nizam, Usman and Siraj and the rest of the yourtravelshop.com team(especially Bapu Uncle from Medina who had a constant beaming smile:) when ever I saw him anyway), for the excellent service received in both Makkah and Medina (give and take a few hardships) and for the quite remarkable service provided whilst in Mina given the logistical problems which many of you may have encountered on the return journey from Makkah to Mina! By the way i'm not on commission.
Secondly, thanks to all for the good company a a special shout out goes to Hafiz Zakir and next time you see him Nizam please send my salaams.
Luky seems to be sending more emails than worrying about those billable hours he needs to clock in a day. The Hajj experience must have a life changing experience!

I wanted my experience to be once in a lifetime experience and people said to me before the trip that you will encounter problems but need to be patient. I must say hand on heart that i had the best experience and did not encounter any problems at all. This is mainly due to yourtravelshop.com and the the guys who looked after us throughout. Loosing weight, your joking, food was excellent.Hajj was made so easy that we decided to walk from Arafat and Muzdalifa to encounter some difficulties. Thanks to the rest of the group for the company. Many Allah bless us all and accept our Duas.
